This phase includes the design and layout of your home. We will work with you on exactly what you want and how we turn these bricks and sticks into your home.  We will work with you and our Architects to get it right.  In this phase we will also work with you and finalize a budget, so you know exactly what the project will cost.

Working with our trusted Head of Design, she will help you work through the very challenging phase of the finishes of your home.  From paint color combinations to hard surfaces and appliances, we will get it right, working side by side with you.

Working with our trusted General Contractor and subcontractors we will build your home  From the production sequence and quality control we will be fervently focused on the goal at hand, creating  your home from bricks and sticks.
